Started around Feb 15… occasionally getting 403 error response making a devices API call using a PAT (older token not subject to 24 hr expiration). Had been able to make this call multiple times daily for many months without issue until Feb 15.
Anyone else seeing this?
Naturally, during the time since I posted this, my API calls have worked flawlessly

I spoke too soon. It started happening again this morning.
I’m not seeing anything unusual at the moment but I’ve seen that sort of thing in the past when one of the servers acting as api.smartthings.com is playing up. There are usually several active at your point of presence at any one time and they seem to be rotated after a few days.
