Insteon SwitchLinc Dimmer Interop

I finally sat down to do a little bit of work to implement the SwitchLinc dimmer support. The work so fat is at:

It is an extension of work done by Patrick, et. al.

It works well for up to 2 devices. For some reason the third device refuse to work.

Once thing I noticed is that parse function had incorrect InsteonID. I don’t know why. Does anyone know?
