I have adurosmart bulbs. app/hub not recognizing them. they’re ZigBee.
any ideas?

I’m not sure what the problem is, but the company itself says they do not work directly with SmartThings at this time. :disappointed_relieved: So I think you’ll need to contact them for more information.

ERIA lights are not directly compatible with SmartThings. However, they will work if first added to Philips Hue.
Currently, only our sensors can be directly paired to the SmartThings hub.
Our dimmer switches do not support any functionality with SmartThings.

We should also note that just being Zigbee is not enough to be compatible. See the following FAQ:

FAQ: Zigbee Application Profiles, or why not all zigbee devices work with SmartThings

Do they add at all? At least as a “thing”?

i connected thru the classic app… then set up my rooms with the new app.
alexa couldn’t detect any of it.

Hi the ERIA should pair now with Smart Things if you connect them through the classic app than it will find a thing after change the device handler in the ST portal to the ZigBee ZLL lamps this will work.
