Having trouble with the ide

When I go to the IDE and to my hubs, it says I have to claim my hub. But when I go to locations it is there.
Other tabs like devices and smart apps most of the time say they don’t have anything, but again if I go through locations, then the hub I can see these things.
The one thing I can’t seem to get to through any other way is live logging. If I refresh it, it always says waiting on events and the current time. But if I go to another tab and start up a network repair, or go to the app and do the same nothing shows up in the live log. Same with just triggering a light to go on from the app. Is this something I need to take up with smartthings support, or is there an answer.
