Not really a great " deal". Standalone Harmony hubs are regularly $59 or $69 with the home control remote , Dots are regularly on sale for $30-$35. Looks more like BB is just putting them together and selling at the combined individual prices.
Albeit the same " kit" is currently $139 on Amazon.

Dots are normally 45-50$ not 30$ so this seems like a pretty good buy
