I’ve personally got probably 25 or so Zigbee devices, I’ve never had a problem. But browse the various social media platforms and its all over the place, “Avoid zigbee at all costs” “Zigbee is going to have problems with wifi” “ZWave is the best because it isn’t susceptible to wifi”.
Considering my anecdotal evidence, I kinda look at those comments and am like, “These guys spend too much time on social media, its not that big of a deal”. Am I wrong? Is Zigbee that susceptible to wifi interference? I understand the logic that they are on the same frequency and the risk is there, but how big of a risk is it?
