im not a developer so i dont know how complicated it would be to create a driver to interact with the cast web api (which is on pi or pc) .
i am asuming its the api that comunicates with the google things if so the driver tells the api what to do ? dont understand ?

@montyfert I would gently nudge Mr TAustin about cast-web-api, he’s the only person on here with the necessary skill set to save this valuable integration, he’s clearly super busy and inundated already helping the community, but when time allows he’s said he’ll look at it. I also know we can’t rely on him and Mariano alone to save all of our old devices and integrations, all we can do is ask kindly and pray.
