FAQ: Mapping your ZigBee network with Digi's XCTU

First of, thanks a lot for the HowTo. It worked like a charm for me.

Regarding your remark

I am not sure why this is the case. The firmware access is provided through their app so it’s not like you are using a hacked fmw and load it on a device. Just wondering…

Otherwise I got great mapping of my network with some weird links. Seems my sofa is more disturbing one sensor than the 7m more and furniture it has to cross to reach the smartplug/repeater it’s using.
Thanks to your post, I won’t anymore be told by ST support that my radio condition might be the reason for the malfunctions and I might need repeaters. Seems some sensors prefer crossing plywood walls rather than using the repeater in the same room. Funny.

I was also wondering if I would have to modify my Wifi channels since ST Hub is using ZB channel 15 in my case and I am using Wifi Ch 3 and 7). However, a neighbor seems on wifi 4 and this, I cannot control it.
That would be great the hub goes to ZB Ch 24 since I have no one there (~ Wifi ch 13/14) but I understand I cannot force that.

Any advice?
