(EDGE Driver-Mc): Zigbee Drivers for Motion, Open/Close, Moisture, Smoke-Co Sensors and others Devices

Stupid me. I though that it was enough te enroll the channel on my hub. I indeed need to install a driver still. But are you saying that there is no driver in this channel that supports this Aqara door/window sensor (MCCGQ11LM)?

The stock smartthings beta driver support this model

- id: "LUMI/lumi.magnet.agl02"
deviceLabel: Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1
    manufacturer: LUMI
    model: lumi.magnet.agl02
    deviceProfileName: contact-battery-profile

@veonua or @ygerlovin could have drivers for this manufacturer

nope, I switched to Yakovs drivers with movement and door sensors.
I don’t own any Aqara door sensors to test.

Not sure what you are saying here. By default my sensor is now included as being a switch. Should I use those beta driver? How to?

Hi @slagterbas

I don’t know what fingerprint model your business model (MCCGQ11LM) corresponds to.

If you want to test if it works with the Zigbee Contact beta stock driver, go to this link and enroll your hub in the channel.

https://api.smartthings.com/invitation-web/accept?id=450930c1-02a6-43d8-adaa-4cbc51027956

Then install the Zigbee Contact driver from that channel.

Uninstall the device from the app

Add the device from the app with the search nearby option and if your model matches the model registered in the driver, it will be paired with it and will appear in an unassigned room

If You can try with @ygerlovin driver Channel enroll You hub in his shared channel

Install Zigbee Sensors Edge Driver [YG] and perform same previous step for install device

Cool! The Smartthings beta driver gave same result (showing the Aqara door sensor as a switch) but the driver from @ygerlovin did the trick. Its now a contact sensor. Awesome! Thanks a lot

Hi Mariano i have this device

New sensor aqara p1. Could you insert in your driver?

Sorry for the late reply!
Well no I haven’t had a chance, a bit busy nowadays. Will let you know as soon as I tried it.

I haven’t done anything unusual!
Just added the device to smatthings and it was installed with one of the drivers.
I am using Mariano’s driver. HTe initialization doesn’t work but I don’t have any automation that requires the state of the blind. I just use it to open and close the blind and it works fine for me.

here are the logs.
I removed and added the controller again, and these are the logs from that time.

That’s very strange, I don’t know why my doesn’t seem to work.

Sometimes, it works one way - ie it will close the blind, but not open. Most of the time, it just doesn’t respond.

I wonder @Mariano_Colmenarejo if you’ve any idea why it is behaving like this?

We both have the same device, one seems to work, the other just responds one way at times

@kaveh_amouzgar @Nishantshekhar

I’m sorry, it’s nothing personal with you, but I’m not going to fix and waste my time on anything from aqara, tuya, xiaomi,…for any function in which do not want to follow the zigbee standard or it is well documented.

It is a problem for aqara or the manufacturer to solve it, if they want it to work with smartthings, let them integrate it.

There are also other developers who know of those manufacturers and have drivers for them.

There are also more manufacturers or models that use the standard zigbee, you can buy things that can easily work with smartthings or return it.

@Mariano_Colmenarejo ,
Can you please add the following two-switch module:

Manufacturer: TYZB01_uqkphoed
Model: TS0003

Hi @dotan_shai
Added to this driver version

    deviceLabel: TS0003 2 Switch
    manufacturer: _TYZB01_uqkphoed

    deviceProfileName: two-switch

Hi @Kowalski
Enter the details of the your 2 gang device and open the three dots menu, top right, click the driver option and check that the driver version in your hub is 2022-12-21T22:12:49.863103217 or higher.
This ensures that the driver is updated for your device and you can add it

Is the one you mentioned, but isn’t able to see the 3 gang, I’ve deleted them few times and readded, and can only be seen as thing

At 1 and 2 gang along the thing driver will pop-up also the driver for them, but not in the case of 3 gang ones

Here are two devices (both 3 gang switch)

Maybe my previous fingerprint was wrong or something

Sorry I wrote an β€œa” too many _TZ3000_jfha4mdia

Thanks for spotting out.

Hi,
Can you please add the following ZigBee Range extenders.

            [{modelID: 'TS0207', manufacturerName: '_TZ3000_m0vaazab'},
            {modelID: 'TS0207', manufacturerName: '_TZ3000_ufttklsz'},
            {modelID: 'TS0207', manufacturerName: '_TZ3000_nkkl7uzv'},
            {modelID: 'TS0207', manufacturerName: '_TZ3000_gszjt2xx'},
            {modelID: 'TS0207', manufacturerName: '_TZ3000_5k5vh43t'}],

some of them already included and supported. I need for _TZ3000_nkkl7uzv . But it will be excellent to have them all…
