Ecobee3 help

Ecobee3 help. I just added an Ecobee3 to my home automation and was hoping to get help with a couple of functions I’d like to do.

1. I have hvac register booster fans in 2 bedrooms that help increase air flow to those rooms. They are setup to operate on smartplugs and turn on in the evening and off in the morning. I’d also like them to turn on/off during the day (between X and Y time) when the Ecobee turns on/off. Thoughts?
2. I’d also like the Ecobee3 to turn on/off with my whole house attic fan that currently controlled by a zwave switch. The idea behind this is so my AC doesn’t kick on if the attic fan is running but then resume normal schedule when attic fan is off.

I’ve installed CORE but haven’t had too much luck navigating it as a NEWB.
