I have two GoControl TBZ48 Z-wave thermostats that have been working great with Smartthings for years. Just recently, the device app stopped working. When I try to adjust the heating setpoint in the app, I get “A network server error occurred. Try again later.” I tried excluding and re-including the thermostat, but now I can’t do anything with it. The device app reads the temperature, but the scale of setpoints reads Celsius, instead of Fahrenheit, not sure how to change that. Why is this so difficult? Now I’m stuck with a manual thermostat.
