What is the different between event logs and live logs?

Say I have a oauth2 issue will this show up in any of the logs?

Also any apis to read these logs?

Yes, but it may not say “oAuth Issue” in the logs it may simply report as error on line 274

Live Logging is real time events all other logs are historical up to 7days
