Hi, @mlchelp Sorry for not replying before, I shared your comments with the engineering team. It appears that this is a different issue, as the error messages previously seen are no longer present. So, they’re analyzing the issue further. Once I get their feedback, I’ll let you know.

Hi, @mlchelp Please, when the devices go offline also send the hub logs and approximate timestamps so the team can take a closer look. They need to see info about both, devices not responding and becoming offline.

I’m asking, because maybe the firmware update changed it back to the default channel (11).
