I have a idea, in my car I have a zigbee button to open/close garage door.
It’s possible to check if the device button is offline state like à trigger ?
I want use like a presence Device if possible.

Probably not in this use case.
If the button checks in occasionally then you could use CoRE and query the last update time to drive an action from it. However it’s unlikely to be any use for a presence sensor as you might have to wait an hour for a checkin.
You need a presence sensor to act as a trigger.
But in the IDE I can see the status OFFLINE of my device 
I wait a best sensor Presence with a button I hope it’s soon available
