Cycle Dome Valve Monthly

I’ve installed a Dome Water Valve in ST’s without issues. I’d like to be able to automatically cycle the valve monthly. I’ve seen posts for this task using Core, but I’d like to do this withIn either ST’s alone or using IFTTT and ST’s. Does anyone have a ST’s Automation or IFTTT script to do this that could be shared? Thank you!
