Are we able to change the frequency channel of the Zigbee is smarthings hub v2?
Unfortunately in a word no.
The Zigbee channel is selected automatically by the hub when it is initialised
Re-initialize the hub is one way but changing the channel of router probably easier
On the V1 hub it couldn’t be changed at all.
The only way to change it on the V2 hub is to do a full factory reset of the hub, and at that time it will select a new channel based on what it believes to be the best choice – – it may even reselect the same channel number that it had the previous time. 
So from a practical standpoint, it’s not very useful.
