I’m sure it’s very frustrating, but give us a chance to answer at least one of your multiple duplicate questions before posting in threads which are older than 2023, as smartthings went through a major architecture change at that time and older threads like this one aren’t really going to be of much help anyway.
If you check the user manual for this model, you will see that the action button is inside the case. I posted a more detailed answer in your other thread:
