Amazon Echo integration - possible to control Alexa through SmartThings commands?

Hello,

I apologize if this has already been asked but I am trying to create some Halloween fun for my 5-yr old and was wondering if Alexa could be triggered by an event, e.g. motion detection triggers scary sounds. I know you can do this with Sonos. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Alexa doesn’t yet take external triggers to trigger something on it. It only is able to trigger other things from voice commands
