All Zigbee devices are offline in October 2024

Hi
Thanks for reply.

  1. Delays affects all actions, direct commands and routines.
  2. I check power cord. It might be it, yesterday when I manualy unplug device and plug again to make reset it’s start working back to normal.
  3. It’s look like it’s affecting hub and whole comunication with all devices is disturbed.

Currently, everything is back to normal and I don’t feel any problems or delays. Do I still need to generate logs? I install CLI to be prepared for future issues.

If it’s working correctly now, it’s unlikely the existing logs will show something about the past issue.

It can be it or that the memory in the hub was freed, if it starts happening again, we would need the logs but if the issue is only the delay, we need you to share the following with us:

  1. Enable the driver logs as instructed before. you can use the flag --all to listen for all the active drivers in your hub. For example:
smartthings edge:drivers:logcat --all
  1. Send a command to a device where you notice the delay and share its name with us
  2. Also, take note of when you sent the command to compare it with the time registered in the logs. Share that value including your timezone
  3. Once you finish, close the logcat and send the hub logs:
  1. In the Advanced Users app, enter the “Hubs” section
  2. Enter the corresponding Hub and click on “Dump Hub logs”
  3. Confirm the process by clicking on “Dump Hub logs” again in the pop-up.
  4. You’ll get a green box at the top confirming the Hub logs were requested
  1. Finally, open support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
