Alexa Good Morning tied to a Routine on Smarthings to activate lights works but I am wanting the command to turn on one particular Amazon Echo and turn on a particular radio station. Possible???
Maybe, but only if you also use an echo routine. The echo routine can be restricted to a specific device. I’m not sure about the particular radio station, it depends on exactly what you mean by that.

Have the echo routine turn on a virtual switch which then turns on your SmartThings routine to make that part of the connection.
it is Rock 92.3 in Greensboro NC. It is a alexa skill
You should check with Amazon support to see what’s possible on that side.
