3grh - thank you for the instructions. I was able to follow them to create the second user. But the end result was not what I hoped. Alexa still discovered my house with 35 devices and not my second home which has only 3 devices. My Lutron lights work well with Alexa if I have a separate email for each home and a separate Amazon account for each home. The Apple HomeKit also nicely consolidates all three homes in a single app. I think I’ll give up on Smartthings/Alexa for a couple of years to see if it improves over time.
