I’ve got three Aeotec Nanomote Quads. They have all worked well the past three years or so. The battery on one of them was down to 3% (the others at 30% and 45%), so I thought it best to change the batteries in all three (I didn’t realize the batteries are rechargeable).
I just installed new batteries in all three units and now all three three Nanomotes are dead – there are no events being captured in the IDE. The SmartThings app is not communicating – none of the battery levels shown in the mobile app have changed. Two have lost their assigned actions as well (one still has assigned actions).
This is very frustrating!
