My hud is wired in, i tried to add my Kwikset smart lock to it but in smartthings app it says that it is offline checking and I tried to add it to the Kwikset app without luck, i can use the controls via my ADT security system (not the pulse) with any problem. Thanks!
It sounds like you are saying that your Kwikset is paired with your ADT hub and working fine but you can’t pair it with SmartThings? Zwave devices can only be paired with one hub. You’ll have to exclude it from the ADT hub to pair it with ST.
