Not working for me either, last time was yesterday around 8:30pm pacific but at 9:00pm I got the “server can’t be found” message. I also sent an e-mail to their support but have not heard back, at least the email didn’t bounce. Starting to play with SharpTools too just in case…
Any info on the issues happening since yesterday?

Yeah, it’s been down for me as well for almost 48 hours on every device I have —4 tablets, my Mac, and my PC—the entire domain, from the panels page to the sport pages, is down. I have seen no information or support from ActionTiles. The lack of information from their technical support is totally unacceptable. In the meantime, I’m running the Samsung SmartThings app on my tablets, but that’s just a quick fix. After this mess, I am definitely migrating to Home Assistant. It was a good run, Actiontiles.
Been down for me since this morning. Entire site says “This site can’t be reached”. Keep hoping for an email or something from support or staff, but, still nothing. No idea if they went out of business entirely, or if they are having catastrophic issues of some kind.

For everyone’s awareness, Terry the lead developer for ActionTitles, passed away about five years ago. The one-time charge which I barely even remember now, was incredibly inexpensive for what we received. I wish the remaining AT team well and they have done a great job maintaining a groundbreaking solution.
My licensing fees, and I don’t know how that relates to my statement. Their service has never been unacceptable, their complete sudden disappearance is that is what I meant by my statement.
Throwing in my thoughts that ActionTiles is incredibly reliable. I depend on it. Because of this, rare outages like this one hurt. It’ll be back soon, I’m sure.

Hopefully,Smartthings can consider acquire ActionTiles.
Why would they do that?
Because it’s a very useful tool, with no equivalent feature built in to SmartThings.
Becasue,if you have more than one smartthings hubs and devices,you can put any your hub’s devices to the same tiles page as you like and easy to controll and view the devices.
Even my email got returned as undeliverable … be a real shame to loose Action Tiles.
Sharptools it will be from now on. I am shocked about the options. Was always too lazy to study it. I am playing with it now for two days and I have the same feeling and enthousiasm since my first AppleSoft Basic, some 50 years ago.
They had better acquire Sharptools. Give the free version a shot and you will be amazed!
