this thread is open to all protocols that is newsworthy 
I’ve moved it. It has nothing to do with matter, and it would be confusing to people if it were left in the matter thread.
It doesn’t really have anything to do with SmartThings, to be honest, since SmartThings doesn’t support this particular Zigbee profile.
The profile that was just certified as an upgrade is mostly for industrial Smart meters.
