I was able to very easily link the Echo with my Philips Hue Bridge and Bulbs and with my SmartThings Hub, facilitating very nice curtain control via my Aeotec Z-Wave Micro Motor Controllers and Z-Wave Enerwave Motor Controllers which are connected with my curtain engines.
Please note that I am based in Shanghai, which I believe results in a slower internet link with Amazon’s Cloud Servers based in the US. This results in a delay in Voice to Execution. Not ideal but not a deal breaker.
