Almost impossible to confirm tuya devices until they have been added to a SmartThings account and you check the fingerprint. You can’t go just by the outer case or the model number, even if it’s from the same supplier that someone else has used.

Also, personally, I prefer to use devices with good safety certifications when they will be wired directly into the mains, even for low-voltage. That’s not Tuya. But I know other people feel differently.
