Since the old groovy DTH is obsolete and cannot be used with the current platform, I have moved your post to a new thread.
Here’s the old one if anybody wants to look at what was there, but I think there have been changes on the part of both companies and I’m not sure how helpful it will be.

no one here who uses Tibber electricity and Smartthings? 
I do and control my house via Tibber prices.
It’s a bit dodgy way of doing it though.
So you need a free homey account, wifi devices like Shelly devices or similar that works in both ST and Homey and several vEdge switches in ST
I’ve set up the shelly devices in both ST and Homey and connected homey to Tibber.
The flows in Homey then controls the Shelly devices and turns them on or off depending on price which ST listens to.
So say I’ve got 4 devices, this give me 16 different states to control. Depending on which are on or off this sets a “price” vEdge in ST.
This gives me a way to control all other electrical devices in ST.
But yes, it’s sad that Tibber has removed the ST support.
