Sunrise/Sunset app Non-Internet/Cloud ran locally

sunrise/sunset by SmartThings requires internet access to lookup your sunrise and sunset times from a website/cloud based on you zipcode. I would like to a app that calculates the times uses latitude and longitude. I don’t like being dependent on connectivity and the cloud!!! Keep offsets and it would be nice to be able to select from Actual Time, Civil Twilight, Nautical Twilight, and Astronomical Twilight.

At the very worst, a table of the times for your location could be downloaded once and stored in the SmartApp State. Its only 365 entries… Heck, round up weekly.

The current problem… No custom SmartApps are currently pushed out to the local hub execution, even on Hub V2.
