Smartthings Hub V2 Imposible to Register after a Factory Reset: Poor Support

After a Factory reset, I am not able to register again the Hub v2 , I called support they told me my hub still using the old server and there is no way to unregistered it from their end their suggestion is keep performing FACTORY RESET … just insane

any idea how to fix it, ?

when you login to the Advanced Web App I assume the hub is no longer appearing in the hub section?

Not much I can add as this one requires ST Support. Try resetting it again and follow up with ST Support again and ask for them to move the ticket to a higher level of support. Probably going to be a frustrating process.
