I have your app managing two Schlage connect locks.
Both devices are receiving commands, but the the app is looping trying to reset user names and codes.
Can you assist?
To use an Rboy smart app, you purchase a license from them, and then you can get support directly through their website. It’s really the fastest way to get questions answered like this.

I am having this issue…what was the solution?
I think i had to reset all the users and codes in the app.
