Holy cow, the assistant mgr at my HD is awesome. They ended up doing a system transfer to a store that had the 11.97 price, and I took delivery from the local store. Otherwise the local mgr said no way. I brought home all 16. I think I will have some extra if anybody needs them, I’ll probably just need cost + shipping
You are awesome. I went to HD and looked in the lighting section - no dice; but, I remembered your comment and checked the electrical isle and there they were in the “no home” section. When I initially called HD said they “probably didn’t have any.” - Lies!

Hi. Tried at local HD (Cumberland, Smyrna, GA) where I had previously scored a reduced Bloom. No joy - couldn’t see any light strips except one on normal shelf. Customer service confirmed one left at full price. Asked sales rep at “no home”/electrical area and he concurred.
So…please count me in if there are any others selling a couple here. Thanks!

My store showed 9 in stock, worker was very dismissive and said he couldn’t find them. Where is this “no home” area you all mention?

Store here said they just got them in May, so not sure if they just haven’t adjusted to normal price or what.
Well, 3 cases we found on the first aisle up in the overhead section, the 4th case was in what they called ‘no home’ which for our store was in the electrical aisle above the switches, across from the bulk wire

Anybody tried using this as an Ambilight? I managed to get a total of 10 today and was going to use 2 behind a couple of TVs, but after watching a few YouTube reviews I think I’m just going to spring for a Lightpack for ambient lighting and just use the Hue light strips around the house. But was wondering if any of you have used the Hues as ambient light and if the delay is really worse than Lightpack? Also looks like the Lightpack can be used with any TV, PC, or gaming including Kodi and Pkex.
If anyone wants to sell some of the Lightstrips please message me, I also have some Iris, Blooms, BR30, and A19 Hue bulbs and Gen 1 Hubs to trade, plus a Hue Tap. Let me know!
