With the Virtual Calendar Mc driver you can do an automation like this:

IF:
Precondition:

• period of time (9:00 - 09:50)
• Execute only once a day
  
  

Precondition:

• Sensor temperature or Weather temperature = , >= or <= X (25°)

Virtual calendar:

• Local Hour <= (0950) maximum hour of the period in the precondition

THEN:
Send notification
