Old furnace cold weather switch smartthings

Hey guys, I got an old furnace and there are 2 sets of heating coils. I can use 1/2 or 100% by switching the “cold weather” switch on off.

I would like to change this switch into a smart switch, use CORE and outdoor weather station to turn it off/on. What would be your suggestions?

Thanks. They are quite expensive.
Is there one RF that would be suitable? I have a broadlink RM that I can use.
