Figured it out. Reset the hub and tried connecting and it showed up! Yay!

Are you able to select what tone you want?
Is it possible to assign a specific tone for when a door opens?

I am able to set any of the 5 tones and any of the 3 volume levels when I set up the device. I don’t believe you can change either based on an event–I had to declare the sound and volume when I set up the device.
