Over the last few days all of my nest thermostats have gone offline in smartthings, but still show connected in the nest app. Is anyone still connected? Is this happening to other people?
My nest thermostats are working. Have you tried rebooting your ST hub if you have one and also your router??
Good to hear you don’t have a problem. I won’t be home for a few days, but rebooting the hub and routers didn’t help.
@Wajo357 , I have Nest as well and have faced this issue only once. I reset my nest by long pressing it and also rebooted my router and has not gone offline since then. You may want to try this.
Now that I’m back home, I was able to reconnect them using the diagnosis tool. Thanks everyone for their recommendations.
