#1. Full control of HVAC for both zones. Including temperature sensors in each area that has a ceiling fan, trigger fan on / off, and speeds depending on temperature readings.
#2. Have dehumdifiers in each major area of the house including the garage workshop, triggered by RH readings. Need info on a good sensor for that
