I have a Hello Home phrase that is set to run every morning at sunrise. It has worked with no issue for well over a year. This morning it didn’t run. I have no idea why.
How can I look into figuring out why?
Anyone know what might have caused that?
I would recommend openig a support case with ST and have them look into the time frame for the Failed action.
I would recommend to use WebCore to run a Piston to check if the Hello Home phrase is executed and if not, send you an SMS/Push Notification, and attempt to execute it until it is successful. I have been using this method for a long time. Trust but always double check.
