You’re very close, good job! I had something similar in my NightlightPro piston. Break up the on/off so that in the ‘when true’ turn on or set the level of your light. Then in the 'when false, Wait followed by the Turn off.
Each time the motion is triggered, it turns on the light. Then, there is a pause for the timeout of the sensor, about 15 seconds for me, then When False kicks in and the Wait and Turn Off. However, trip the sensor again, and the cycle starts all over killing the running wait and replacing it with the new one.
Try this, being sure you have Settings->Expert Mode turned on.
