You can probably use a basic piston.
IF
Any of back Double Door Sensor, Back Door Sensor or Master Bed Room Door Sensor contact changes to open (use “contact sensor” capability and not “sensor”)
AND
Time is between 7:00 PM EDT and 7:30 AM EDT (your current piston has two time blocks with a one minute gap between them so why not go with one time block to simplify)
THEN…
Using Back Left Light, Back Right Light and Back Flood Lights…
Turn On
Turn off after 600000ms (10 minutes)
