Aquarium temperature probe

I’m looking to add a temperature problem to monitor my aquarium water. I read an old post here about using a Fibro contact sensor with an external probe connected to it. The link to the probe is no longer available and I can’t find the contact sensor mentioned. I also have a concern with it being from an old DTH and not edge driver.

Does anyone have a current solution that will work in the Edge ecosystem?

DS18B20 is an industry wide, standard for a temperature probe which is waterproof, and can be connected to an electronic sensor. So those are popular probes, and quite inexpensive.
