I have a device handler for this as well, posted in the Nexia Doorbell Sensor forum thread and also have a device review here. Unfortunately, some users (including myself) have experienced missed button press notification for very quick doorbell presses with the DB100Z. It doesn’t appear to affect everyone, so the behavior may be sensitive to the doorbell transformer characteristics or possibly the button itself.
