I have been using home automation since early 80's. As a kid, I grew up around X10. Moving into my first home, I started purchasing X10 and Insteon. I have more X10 devices then I care to think about. If X10 made it, I have it. Then Amazon made Echo. I was a day one user. Wemo light switch was purchased almost the same time as Echo. I am now fully pushing into SmartThings.
