We built our house in 2014 and built in home automation. What does that mean? We have smart vents (ecovent), smart thermostats (Nest) smart garage door (Chamberlain), smart lights (Hue), smart light swtiches (GE), smart locks (Schlage), smart robot vacuum cleaner (Samsung), smart sensors (window, water and motion by ST), smart plugs (wemo), smart TV (harmony), smart integration (IF), smart car (Automatic), smart cameras (Nest & Ring), smart smoke detectors (Nest), smart door bells (Ring) and smart control (Echo). Of course, the intent is to integrate this all through SmartThings (yeah...we aren't quite there yet ).
