V3 hub. New app.
Spoke to support. They tell me the only way to fix it is to delete and re-add. I’m just not doing that again.
Also, it shows impossible cases, like the ecobee sensors are online, but the thermostat isn’t.
I’m not a hobbyist. This thing has to be worth the effort. I’ve already deleted and readded devices before several times. I’m not doing it again.
Is there a way to fix this without that, or am I throwing yet another Samsung device in the recycle bin.
