Zigbee devices not connected in New app

is there something or some reason why some zigbee devices don’t show up in the new app. I have several visonic contact sensors that work perfectly in the classic app and in the ide but they say offline in the new app.

You may need your devices synced. Shoot support an email and they can sync things for you.

Are you using a custom DTH for them? Do they use standard capabilities or custom ones?

It is a custom DTH. Not sure about the capabilities

I thought the visonic contact sensors used the stock dth? I believe model MCT-340 E does. Which model is yours?

That is the model I have. I just switched on to a standard zwave dth even though its zigbee and it worked like a charm

Yup…the custom DTH probably doesn’t use the necessary standard capabilities that the stock one does.
