Zemismart MT25B roller blind does not always wake up

Is anyone else having problems with their Zemismart MT25B? My device often doesn’t respond when I need it. I have the automation set to open and close the blinds. The blind doesn’t always open or close. Eve Motionblinds 20caa9901 blinds always work. The problem with the MT25B blind occurs up to twice a week.

I have automations set up in the SmartThings Hub. The problem occurs with both automation and manual control. The blind doesn’t seem to respond to the first command. The blind only responds after double- or triple-clicking the icon in the SmartThings app.

Currently only for Android but I assume iOS is coming. Looks very interesting, the network topology diagram grades each connection as “good”, “fair” or “poor. You can download a dump of the topology and apparently Gemini has a go at analysing it. If not tried that yet. Everything is in terms of device ids so it’s not easy to determine which device and which room each node is in. Looks like a great start though. [Screenshot20260421030516]

Same exact problem here and linking the devices with SmartThings or Alexa (with different hubs) doesn’t change anything. I’m thinking that device specific drivers or a firmware update is needed but that doesn’t seem to exist. For now duplicating routines 3-4 times is an almost definitive workaround.
