No, that particular device is only available for the UK. UK smoke sensors and US smoke alarms work differently as far as their legally-mandated alarm patterns and go through a different certification process prior to sale.
I know this is an older post, but if your smoke detectors are pre 2005 they need to be replaced anyway!

If you are in the Amazon Alexa ecosystem, they have Guard feature now that will listen for smoke/co alarms. The newest version of Echo Speaks smartapp can turn Guard on/off based upon ST SHM or Modes.
Yes, that’s been discussed up thread, but it’s only available in the US. Not the UK.
