Z-Wave and Virtual Switch went inactive on me

This morning, I woke up to find my Z-Wave-controlled front lights on. Thought that was weird considering my “good night” routine turns off all lights. When I checked the device status in the IDE, I found it INACTIVE. It turned out that one of my virtual switches is also INACTIVE. Of course, nothing has changed with either of them recently that might cause this. I ran a Z-Wave network repair, and the switch fails to update mesh info or update the route.

Any thoughts?

If you had a virtual switch go inactive, you need to talk to support. That’s obviously not the device or a network problem, it’s a database problem. :face_with_head_bandage:

So, it turns out that two of my Simulated Switches are showing as INACTIVE in the IDE, but they’re still functional. The Z-Wave is showing INACTIVE, but is not connected. It is working on its own, though.
