"You can't currently add this"

I haven’t been using Smart Things very long but it was working fine. I had a routine set up that said when someone arrives, unlock the door. Well recently it stopped working so I deleted the names and routine. I recreated the routine but under Someone Arrives - Any of These People it says “You can’t currently add this” and there are no names to add. Presumably since I deleted them…but how do I add them back? The names are still listed in the Manage Users page so I’m not sure what to do from here.

You need to add mobile sensors back, so you can see there names.
